Service calls start at 60$ per hour (2 hour minimum) plus applicable taxes. For large jobs a quote will be provided. Small jobs can be combined to reach the 2 hour minimum during a site visit.

(Install - Mud- Tape and Paint Preparation)

Drain Snaking

Clearing clogged drains anywhere on the property up to the city connection.

Furniture Assembly

Anything that requires assembly we will build properly step by step.

TV Mounting / Art Installation

Professionally mount televisions, art work mirrors or what ever you need to the wall whether its drywall or cement.

Re-Silicone Bathrooms and Kitchens

Remove the old silicone, prepare the area and re-apply new high grade silicone.

Management Services

Quotations will be provided on a case by case basis depending on the specific needs of the client.

Property Education

A customized crash course into the basics of property ownership and leasing designed specifically for you.

Tenant Management

We will provide excellent customer service for your tenants. Have them contact us for emergencies or day to day fixes and repairs.
